Tele-health Video Therapy Sessions
Prior to the outbreak of COVID-19, telehealth services were not widely adopted. However, the need for social-distancing to prevent the spread of the virus has changed attitudes around their use. Using tele-health services allows for more convenience and flexibility in scheduling, such as appointments during a lunch hour or later in the evening, without travel time lost getting to and from appointments. It gives those who prefer or are at-risk the option to maintain social distancing. And for some, it’s the convenience of not having to leave your home or workplace to go to an appointment when the Alaska winter has set in. As well as being easy to use, our video platform uses encryption and complies with accepted ethical standards.
Appointment Calendar
The integrated online appointment calendar makes setting appointments with your provider simple. For established patients, simply schedule a follow-up appointment from the available times. You will receive a confirmation and a reminder of your appointment. If you are a new patient, you will first want to contact Riverside Therapy for a free consultation to ensure that there are services to meet your needs before scheduling an intake.
Patient Forms
Here you will find a selection of common forms and validated assessments that you will need for your intake and follow up appointments. These are encrypted web-based forms that will transmit directly to your provider, useful for gathering information and monitoring progress in your treatment.
